Fora's programs are available to individuals with disabilities seeking employment, training, continued development, or enrichment opportunities. Eligibility requirements may vary by program and region.

IT Training & A+ Certification
23-week instructor-led virtual program by Codecraft Works. Covers troubleshooting, networking, system administration, and networking, system administration, and security. No cost for eligible individuals.

Software and AI Innovation (SAI)
12-week instructor-led virtual program by Codecraft Works. Covers applied Intelligence & software design for individuals pursuing Al-Augmented Administrative & Technical Support roles.

ACE Program
The Fora ACE Program helps individuals with disabilities build skills, gain workplace experience, and grow toward greater independence through meaningful employment opportunities. Individuals receive role-specific training aligned to employer expectations and day-to-day responsibilities, helping them succeed and contribute with confidence from day one. Fora works closely with employers throughout the training process to support workplace readiness, integration, and long-term success for both the individual and the organization. The ACE Program is subsidized by the Vocational Rehabilitation Administration.

Club VIVIR
Club VIVIR creates opportunities for young adults ages 18+ with disabilities to build connections, make new friends, and explore new experiences through social and recreational activities. From kayaking and bowling to local events, group outings, and travel experiences, Club VIVIR encourages friendship, confidence, and community in a fun and welcoming environment. Activities and costs vary throughout the year.
