Position Summary
Provides meal service and dining assistance while ensuring adherence to dietary guidelines, safety procedures, and customer service standards. Maintains a clean dining environment and supports comfort and well-being during meals.
Essential Responsibilities

Direct Labor
- Clean common areas and public spaces.
- Maintain floors and carpets.
- Clean windows and surfaces.
- Maintain exterior areas.
- Remove trash.
- Assist with special projects.
- Support seasonal duties.
- Provide professional interactions.
- Participate in supervision meetings, training, and required safety programs.
- Follow all policies outlined in the site procedures manual and Fora Employee Handbook.
- Maintain a workplace free of harassment, discrimination, and unsafe conditions.
- Report concerns regarding safety, harassment, or discrimination to a supervisor, operations manager or HR.
Administrative
- Follow assignments.
- Report safety issues to your supervisor.
- Monitor supplies.
- Follow PPE protocols.
Required Qualifications

- Must possess a high degree of flexibility and willingness to work changing shift hours and work locations, at times with limited notice.
- Must represent Fora in a professional and courteous manner and communicate constructively with supervisors and team.
- Must report to your supervisor any and all physical plant problems which may bring risk to anyone or affect operations.
- Must adhere to all policies and professional standards set forth by Fora and the customer, including maintaining a workplace free of harassment and discrimination.
- Stand long periods.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work outdoors.
