Fora’s champion for inclusion
Jackie Bryant has been a valued member of the FORA team for nearly four years, consistently demonstrating dedication, versatility, and a strong commitment to excellence.

As Human Resource Manager, Jackie wears many hats, supporting efforts that range from recruiting and onboarding to coaching and professional development for both staff and managers. She also represents FORA at job fairs and plays a key role in organizing employee recognition gifts and events that help foster a positive and connected workplace culture.
Throughout her tenure, Jackie has built meaningful relationships across the organization, earning a reputation as a trusted and dependable resource for nearly 300 staff members throughout New York and New Jersey. Her collaborative, approachable nature, and genuine investment in people have made an impact on colleagues and the broader FORA community. Jackie is also known for her great sense of humor, making people feel comfortable turning to her for advice, guidance, and expertise. She finds particular fulfillment in her work at FORA, where she feels privileged to support adults with disabilities in finding meaningful employment opportunities.
Jackie is especially committed to ensuring that individuals with disabilities have equitable access to onboarding and workplace systems. Through a person-centered, supportive, and empathetic approach, she helps employees navigate processes with confidence and ease. By taking the time to understand each person’s unique needs and experiences, Jackie creates an environment where employees feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Reflecting on her work and purpose, Jackie shares:
“Knowing that I am fortunate to be in a position to help someone succeed in having opportunities in life is not a coincidence, this was by design. My success is measured by those I help throughout my journey at FORA.”
Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending quality time with friends and family at comedy shows, plays, and other live performances. A self-proclaimed “foodie,” she also has a passion for fashion and cooking (ask her about her turkey wings and BBQ spare ribs!) and expressing her creativity through activities like Sip-and-Paint events.
Whether she’s supporting employees, sharing a laugh, or helping others navigate challenges with confidence, Jackie’s positive spirit and dedication leave a lasting impression on everyone she meets. We are proud to celebrate Jackie and grateful for the warmth, creativity, and leadership she brings to the organization each day.
